All memberships are initiated by direct enquiry. We conduct a brief, confidential discovery call to understand your requirements and lifestyle context. If we are well suited, we will propose the appropriate membership level. There is no obligation at any stage of the process.
Are services billed separately from the membership fee?
Yes. The annual membership fee covers access, dedicated support, and management time. Third-party services — hotels, charters, transport, tickets — are arranged at cost or at preferential rates through our network, billed to the client at net or with a transparent service margin disclosed in advance.
Do you serve clients outside the UAE?
Our principal operation is in the UAE, but Onyx and Obsidian members receive global coordination support. We maintain relationships with trusted concierge partners and private services providers in major cities worldwide to ensure seamless continuity wherever you travel or maintain residences.
Is membership information handled with complete discretion?
Absolute discretion is the foundation of everything we do. All team members operate under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not discuss, reference, or acknowledge client identities or arrangements under any circumstances. Your privacy is inviolable.
Can membership be upgraded or adjusted?
Yes. Members may move between tiers at any point, with the annual fee adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Many clients begin at Ivory and transition to Onyx or Obsidian as their requirements evolve. We design the relationship to grow alongside yours.
